Deleting Your Data

All POH Performance apps keep copies of your app settings on the server. This serves two purposes:

Deleting your data using the app

You can delete your data from the server from the app by going to the Settings page and hitting the Delete button at the bottom of the page. This will delete the data and backup copies on the server and reset all user data in the app. If you have several devices, then repeat the process on each device so that your data is cleared on all of them.

Deleting your data without the app

If you haven't entered an email address and Cloud Sync security word in the app your data is stored anonymously and can only be deleted from within the app instance that created the data (see above). However, if you've entered both an email address and Cloud Sync security word and you don't have access to the app on any of your mobile devices, you may delete your data using the following procedure:

  1. Open a copy of the relevant webapp:
  2. Go to the Settings page and enter your email address and Cloud Sync security word. If you don't remember your Cloud Sync security word, leave it blank and hit the Recover button next to the security word field. You will receive an email at the entered address containing all the security words associated with that email address.
  3. Hit the Delete button at the bottom of the page.

More information

Data not accessed for two years is automatically deleted from the server. However, it remains on the device that created it if the app is not deleted there. Feel free to email us at info@pohperformance.com if you need more help.
