Introduction

Syntax

tml`<math display=block>...</math>`

The math component creates a DOM <span> element with the innerHTML set to the MathML template converted into a string. This bypasses the normal component build process for the children allowing the special MathML child tags to be interpreted by the browser. It works the same way as the svg component.

Attributes

• display (optional)
  Passed to the <math> element (e.g., block or inline).

All other attributes, including the standard attributes, are not passed to the <math> element.

Children

The math component accepts all children.

DOM element properties

• The math Component will render a <span> containing a <math> element.
